Click and Collect
If you have decided to collect from our Romford Store, your item will be available the next working day to pick up before 6:30pm. If you have decided to collect from our Lakeside store then this will take up to 2 working days and you will receive a text/call when your item is ready to collect.
International Delivery (Duty & VAT)
All deliveries to the destinations outside the EU are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of delivery in your country. You will be liable for applicable duties, fees and additional charges from customs. H&L Fashions will not be held responsible to cover these charges.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.
For any shipments not collected from carriers and returned back to us, There will be a charge which will be deducted from the refund.
Please check tracking for regular updates to avoid a return fee.

If you return any products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.

Next Day Delivery – How does it work?
Your order will be delivered the next working day if ordered before 3:30pm and the postage for UK Next Day Delivery is paid for.

Missing Parcels
Sorry to hear you're having problems with your order.
If the courier was unable to reach you when they tried to deliver your goods, they may have delivered the parcel to one of your neighbours.
Please check to see if you have received a delivery card from the courier - it could have been slipped under your door, or delivered where you usually receive letters.
If you’ve checked for the card and have also already spoken with your neighbours, but still haven’t recovered your parcel, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Please note: If we are unable to locate the parcel we will need to contact the courier and open up a claim. These claims can take up to 30 days to investigate so please note that we will need to await on the claim outcome before issuing any refunds.
